Matt Symonds

Matt is a former senior partner at Bain & Co, where he ran the UK Financial Services practice. He now works with CEOs, ExCos and Boards on strategy and growth, and also acts as a sounding board and adviser to individual executives.

Matt serves on the Boards of Howard Kennedy, a leading London law firm, and Nardello & Co, a global investigations firm. He is also Chair of Nottingham Contemporary, one of the UK’s leading arts institutions, and is a Trustee at the Institute of International Strategic Studies, the world-leading authority on global security, political risk and military conflict.

He lives in London with his wife and daughter, and is passionate about contemporary art, high intensity exercise, and cooking.
